Residential Services

At Three Rivers Midlands, our residential treatment programs provide a structured and supportive environment where adolescents can begin their journey toward healing and long-term success. Through 24/7 psychiatric care, individualized treatment planning and trauma-informed support, we help youth build the skills needed to thrive emotionally, socially and academically.

Our programs are designed for youth ages 11 to 17 who are struggling with mental health and behavioral challenges that require a higher level of care than outpatient services can provide. Each patient receives compassionate, individualized treatment tailored to their unique needs, strengths and goals.

Three Rivers Midlands offers specialized residential pathways focused on stabilization, emotional growth, coping skill development, family involvement and successful transition planning. Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to provide clinical care, education, nursing support, therapeutic programming and life skills development in a healing environment.

All residential programs at Three Rivers Midlands are TRICARE® Certified.

What Is Residential Treatment?

Residential treatment provides 24/7 therapeutic and psychiatric care for adolescents experiencing significant emotional, behavioral or mental health challenges. At Three Rivers Midlands, youth live on campus in a structured setting while participating in daily therapy, psychiatric services, education, skill-building groups and recreational activities.

Our goal is to help adolescents stabilize, develop healthy coping strategies, improve family and peer relationships and safely transition back into their home, school and community environments with the support they need to succeed. Three Rivers Midlands takes a holistic, individualized and trauma-informed approach to treatment — focusing not only on symptom stabilization, but also long-term healing, resilience and personal growth.
