Three Rivers Midlands is a fully licensed Residential Treatment Center, accredited by the Joint Commission. We are a network provider for most major insurance plans with residential treatment benefits, including TRICARE® and ChampVA certified and Medicaid.

Physicians looking to refer patients with private insurance can reach out to our admissions and referral center to find peace of mind when it comes to knowing that their patient will be taken care of and covered by their insurance.
