Jacqueline Abbott, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director:
Jacqueline earned her undergraduate degree at James Madison University and her Masters of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. Not only is she the Chief Executive Officer, but she is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the mother of two young boys. Jacqueline has worked in the areas of children’s mental health and child welfare for 15 years.
Patricia Padgett, LMSW, Clinical Director:
Patricia earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from Wofford College in 1998. She then went on to receive her Masters of Social Work from the University of South Carolina in 2000. Patricia joined Three Rivers Midlands as a licensed therapist in June 2001 and was promoted to Clinical Director in November 2007. She loves camping, baking, and doing crafts.
Karen Drake, RN, Director of Nursing:
Karen has been a nurse for 28 years with 26 years in nursing leadership. She has been involved in child and adolescent psychology for over 20 years. Most of her free time is spent with her two very active adolescent children. They are involved in everything from sports to drama and dance and church organizations.
Richard Salomone, Quality and Risk Management Director:
Rich earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern Wesleyan University and his Masters of Arts in Health Sciences from Furman University. He is a Certified Professional Healthcare Risk Manager and has 11 years in quality/risk experience from behavioral and non-behavioral health settings.
Juli Giglio, Director of Human Resources:
Juli earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Education and has worked in the healthcare industry for over 20 years, with over 15 years primarily in Human Resources. Juli is very active in the local community and takes pride in the work she does at Three Rivers Midlands. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends and making delicious Italian dishes.
Halle Mechling, Director of Business Development:
Halle earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from the University of South Carolina in 2009. She is very passionate about the mental health community, especially children and adolescents. In her free time, Halle enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and watching movies.
Cory Gantt, Director of Plant Operations:
Cory is an avid Gamecock fan and loves to ride his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He also loves spending time with his daughter.
